Ely, Nevada

Ely Nevada is a small town in Eastern Nevada that is filled with history and photographic potential. Small towns of the American West are no stranger to losing that history in favor of Pepboys, Dollar Generals, and fast food restaurants. Ely NV feels to be on the verge of either holding onto what makes their small town unique, or falling into the characterless trap that has plagued so many towns before it. This ongoing series of photographs sets out to capture that history, before it is potentially too late.
